To raise awareness and vital donations for BOWRA Foundation, Mark is pushing himself to complete Step by Step (SBS), a seven-day endurance challenge covering 92 miles along the South-West Coastal Path this June.
Walking has played a crucial role in
Mark’s recovery, and this challenge symbolises the importance of movement in rehabilitation.
This event is not just about walking - it’s about resilience, community, and impact. By joining or supporting the challenge, you will play a direct role in helping stroke survivors regain independence through vital rehabilitation programmes’.

Mark will be walking the 92 miles alongside fellow comrades, teams of corporate supporters and will also be joined by our beneficiaries.

The Route
Mark has been training for over a year to walk the 92 miles from Seaton to Haven Point. This is no easy feat, it will take mental grit and physical strength to complete the 7 days endurance walk, with high inclines and uneven ground, Mark will need to dig deep to complete week 8 of the South West Coast Path.
